A few plain-language notes on how sourcing, pricing, alterations, refunds, and delivery work — read alongside the order form itself.

If you choose to have us buy your unstitched suit from a brand's website, you paste the product link, tell us the brand, and enter the listed price shown on that page yourself. A Rs. 300 buying/service charge applies to this option. We manually confirm the actual price and availability with the brand before purchasing — the link preview shown on the form is a visual reference only and is never used to confirm price or stock.

Since the listed price you enter at checkout is unconfirmed until we actually purchase the item, the total you pay upfront is labelled an estimated total for this option. If the brand's confirmed price turns out to be different once we've purchased it, we settle the difference with you afterwards over WhatsApp — either requesting an additional payment or issuing a partial refund, whichever applies.

Karachi orders are delivered by our own in-house rider, typically within 4-7 days. Orders to other cities within Pakistan ship via a third-party courier, typically within 7–9 days. International orders also ship via a third-party courier, typically within 15-16 days.

If you already have your unstitched garment, we arrange a home pickup for a flat Rs. 250. If you're also sending a sample garment for us to replicate exactly, that travels in the same trip at no extra cost when combined with an existing pickup, or for a separate Rs. 250 collection fee if you chose to have us buy the garment for you. Either way, only one Rs. 250 pickup charge is ever applied per order, however many things need collecting.
